I `purchased my 2022 Genesis 80 at a different location, so this was my first time at the Englewood location. I came for my scheduled maintenance. I was totally impressed!! The showroom, the personnel, so this was my first time at the Englewood location. I came for my scheduled maintenance. I was totally impressed!! The showroom, the personnel, the professionalism and the friendliness was exceptional. I highlight Neysha....from her warm welcome to her hospitality and personal care, she made me feel like a VIP. I `have always been very satisfied with my Genesis vehicle, but as a previous owner of Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar...candidly, until the Englewood experience, I felt that the showroom and service facility fell short in the "luxury" experience. No more! I will now have no reticence in recommending Genesis to friends...and heartily suggesting they do business at the Englewood location! More
