We purchased the vehicle in November 2025, and the finance representative encouraged us to take the extended warranty, assuring us that it could be canceled within 30 days after conducting our own res finance representative encouraged us to take the extended warranty, assuring us that it could be canceled within 30 days after conducting our own research. I contacted the dealership to cancel the extended warranty and visited the office four times. Each time, I was told that the cancellation process would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Now that six weeks have passed, the finance statement still shows the extended warranty charge, and it has not been adjusted toward the principal. When I contacted the finance team again today, I was informed that the process could take 8 to 10 weeks instead. This has been a very frustrating experience and reflects poorly on the finance team’s handling of the situation. More
