The car is wonderful, it drives great, rides great, and has great safety features. Recently it was time for my first service. During the sales process they highlight their "concierge service", where they has great safety features. Recently it was time for my first service. During the sales process they highlight their "concierge service", where they will come pick the car up for service and return it. The service advisor said he could get me in for service next week, but I if wanted the concierge service there is a 2 month wait. I agreed to bring it in myself. When I dropped the car off I asked how long it would take. My advisor, Nick, said it would take 60-90 minutes. My wife was planning to come pick me up with her car, but since it was a short wait (supposedly) I said I would wait. 3.5 hours later I got my car back. At no time did anyone come to me to explain why it was taking 3 times longer than promised. I approached the service advisor and asked if something was wrong with the car, and he said "No, we're just busy". I thought that is why you make appointments, so they can plan their work. My service advisor seemed annoyed that I was even asking about the car and never even offered an apology. If I had known that it would be a 3.5 hour wait I would have asked my wife to pick me up. After the service was completed I got an email from the Service Manager letting me know I may get a survey and to let him know if my experience was anything less that expected. I responded immediately that the service experience was poor. I never heard back from anyone at the dealership, so after 10 days I submitted the survey. It really is a great car! I'd suggest that if you buy one you might find another dealership to service your car. More
