This was my second service on my 24 GC70. The service advisor was helpful with my questions and they identified and completed warranty work along with the scheduled oil change. Making the service appointment was easy and at the date and time I requested.

Ordered a hitch for our new GV80 and installed same week for less than the original quote. Dealership itself is new and nicely built.

Recently moved from Georgia and have now had 2 Genesis vehicles serviced at Genesis of Chandler. Top quality service, good communication, great work. My Georgia Genesis dealer was more of a "Hyundia" level service department. It the special treatment that will make Genesis a competitive choice for people used to the Cadillac and Mercedes experience. Nice work!
