The right thing for the dealer to do is to replace the dead battery for me with no charge or a reasonable charge. Since buying the car, I have not used the car. The car died while it sits in my garage. The Sale Manager claimed that the car died because I don’t drive it for several months. I paid $31K for this car. I expected that I bought a reasonable good car. I don’t know anything about car, and don’t know how to check for good or bad car. However, I have faith and trust in big car dealer like Gene Messer. I did not expect they put a junk car on their lot to sell. Anyway, now come to know that the car is not good, then they should take care of it to show how they care of their customers and their products. Not this dealer, stay away from Gene Messer when you think of getting a service or buying/leasing a car. The worst car dealer in town!
