We have never had a good experience with this service center. Yesterday we drove over 100 miles to have the oil changed and tires serviced, nothing was done. When we called today to ask, they were rude about it. Poor customer service and bad communication. We are very disappointed with Toyota. They couldn't even apologize for not communicating with us. We will never use this service department again. More
