My over all experience was fine, but they were not prompt when my car was done. It was pulled in and then moved up front to let other cars out. I was never alerted my car was finished. The automated notice of completion could at least be updated if their service staff are “busy” most of them were sitting at their desks, on their cell phones or even online shopping on their work computers.
