Butch McClendon was very helpful in our finding our new car. He knew we had to wait on our insurance to declare our car totaled before we could proceed with a new car purchase. He held the Highlander we first looked at for us with no pressure to buy it. When we had the go ahead to buy a new vehicle we bought the one Butch helped us find.
