The Service Department at GM Toyota has almost always been polite and efficient. I’m sorry to say that after today, I will no longer be using this. It is much less expensive to go to a non-dealership oil change place to get things done. When I bought my car, I agreed to the extended warranty. I’ve been paying $50 a month for two years now. And today somebody decided to change the rules so even though I’m still paying for the extended warranty, I can no longer get my oil changed. I have to pay $100 for it? And what that means is I won’t becoming two GM Toyota anymore. I’m very disappointed about that. It’s always been a good experience. But it’s too expensive to come there if I have to pay for it. And I’m still paying $50 a month for an extended warranty. I’m getting nothing out of. I guess that’s my fault. I just won’t do it again. More
