Went to the dentist in Lubbock and they asked if I could take some medicine back to my home town because the son of my local dentist had some teeth knocked out in a baseball game. After I left the dentist o take some medicine back to my home town because the son of my local dentist had some teeth knocked out in a baseball game. After I left the dentist office I had an appointment with Gene Messer Toyota to have my truck serviced. The appointment was over two hours later. I explained the situation with the medication to their service department and they got my truck in immediately and we were able to rush the medication back home. Gene Messer Toyota stepped up when they didn’t have to. Kudos to them and their service department!! More

My complaint is with regard to maintenance and service. The service itself is fine. However, the pricing on services is never transparent and has always been higher at checkout than it is listed online or The service itself is fine. When I ask why, it is a different reason every time. Sometimes it is due to a “shop charge” (which they won’t put on the receipt). Sometimes it is because “those prices online are out of date”. And no, it is not because I had things that popped up needing to be fixed. This happened to me even when everything on my car passed and looked great. I have come here many times for regular maintenance, but I think that I am done. I do not feel like this dealership does honest business. More
