Wow, mobile service for my recall? That was amazing! First of all, when I called, I talked to Victor and he was so kind and helpful. Then he transferred me to Dawn’s phone, but it said That was amazing! First of all, when I called, I talked to Victor and he was so kind and helpful. Then he transferred me to Dawn’s phone, but it said she was unavailable so I called back and got to visit with her. She was helpful and gave me an appointment for the next morning. Miguel called the next morning and left a message that he was on his way to meet me at my church where I work part time. He was on time, friendly and professional. He gave me a coupon for future service and did it all in a timely manner. More
Initially when I walked into the service department I was not greeted by anyone. Three of the service techs there saw me, and chose to look away and continue doing whatever they were doing behind their desk. not greeted by anyone. Three of the service techs there saw me, and chose to look away and continue doing whatever they were doing behind their desk. One, by the name of Victor, saw me as I was walking by each tech and waved his hand to me to offer his assistance. He helped me with what I needed done with my vehicle and was very professional. I brought up my concerns with the other employees with the service department manager and he stated he will address the issue at their next meeting. Basically when I walked into any establishment or business I expect some type of greeting even if you can’t help me. Find me someone that can help. That is the customer service I expect. More
