I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the condition of my car when I picked it up after service. While I understand we had a dust storm recently, the interior of my car looked as though t the condition of my car when I picked it up after service. While I understand we had a dust storm recently, the interior of my car looked as though the windows had been left open, and the amount of dust inside was unacceptable. I paid a significant amount for the service, and I expected at the very least for my car to be returned in the same condition I left it in. It is common practice for dealerships to return vehicles in a clean and presentable state, yet this was not the case here. When I raised the issue with the service technician, I was told that Ford and Lincoln are no longer related and that Ford is not responsible for detailing the car after service. I was then offered the option of bringing the car back in 3 to 4 days for cleaning. I find it completely unreasonable to be told my car was ready for pickup when it was not even clean or maintained in the way I left it. This is not the level of service I expect, especially after paying for maintenance and repairs. I have had multiple vehicles serviced over the years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was not only disappointed with the work done, but also with the lack of professionalism and customer service. As a result, I will not be returning to your dealership for future service, and I will be sharing my experience with others who may need automotive services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing better practices to avoid such experiences for future customers. More
