So.....I was in the market to get a newer vehicle, and I was trying making this one of the best car purchasing experiences I have had in a while. So.....I was in the market to get a newer vehicle, and I was trying to upgrade from my rockstar car to something a little more mature and sophisticated. I knew I had negative equity in my current vehicle, but I know I could make a newer car work. Had a down payment, and determination. After having a HORRENDOUS experience at another Gene Messer dealership, I was very leery to stop at another one, but they had a vehicle I wanted. Michael (my salesman) was really a vibe. He was genuinely friendly, and seemed like he really wanted to help me get into something that was going to meet my needs. After working with him and Jordan, we came to a compromise on a 2024 GMC Terrain. It had low miles and was in great shape! The whole transaction took a few hours, but I drove off very happy and literally made some new friends. I would certainly advise to check them out!
