I took my SUV in for service. They determined it needs fron end work. I have an extended warranty that I bought thru Gene Messer when I bought my SUV from this company. The service rep refused to look up my warranty information. The rep is David Brewer. He said I have to have the written warranty document before he would check if the repair is to be covered. And, my vehicle has to be in their shop for this to be done. I feel like I'm being set up to be hit with a major price tag and be told that the repair is not covered by the warranty that I paid over $4000 for. So far, not happy. More
Our truck was in shop 1 year waiting on parts. Not your fault. But the service department could have kept us updated. Also, when ready to pick up truck we ask for them to check tires, oil, etc. si Not your fault. But the service department could have kept us updated. Also, when ready to pick up truck we ask for them to check tires, oil, etc. since it had been there 1 year. This was not done. But Jared in service got busy and had new tires and oil change. But we were there all day and had a 2 hour drive home. Service needs to follow up on orders. Thanks More
