I purchased a used vehicle didn’t turn out to be in the best out of the lot. Made quite a few visits back to their service department. Some issues were repaired but a larger amount were not. Purchased an extended warranty but to my surprise specifics were not clarified. Made me believe this was the best choice for a 5 year old vehicle and I opted in. Paid the extra fee. And now each time I revisit my repairs ‘are not covered’. So will not be doing that again. They do have nicer vehicles on the lot. But this particular one was a great price but overall 2 stars for the way things went. Would like to be a future customer but I feel as though my business may be appreciated elsewhere. Once I drove off the lot It was all basically my problem. Worst feeling to have after purchasing a vehicle that is meant for my family. More

The metal key broke off the key fob to our 2016 Equinox. They had one in stock and were able to replace it, laser cut & reprogram it, all in about an hour & a half to two hours.
