The service was timely and I was greeted immediately by the service advisor. A thorough examination of the vehicle revealed additional services, but they were scheduled for a later date. This dealership is so scared to visit you never know if they want to bilk you for $3,000 or they hide a list of services they said you declined but were never asked about. Last oil change they said I need they want to bilk you for $3,000 or they hide a list of services they said you declined but were never asked about. Last oil change they said I needed $2,000 repair to fix a rear main seal. This oil change the leak disappeared. I try to avoid going here unless I have to. I know a little about cars to avoid $5,000 dollars of un needed work. I usually use this dealership for oil changes because they were cheap.the $35 oil changes are now $70. This happened with several other repairs that were needed then not needed the next oil change. It is unfortunate they built a temple and have high overheads and need to pay the bill by overselling unneeded work. They would not be the first automobile dealership for this to happen to.. I am still strong to avoid these tactics living in the jungle is a fight for life everyday. More
Bad experience. Was told one price, when I got in the back with Steven John Gramera he over charged me 3500 bucks, I didn't catch it at the time. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Worst car buying experience ever. Just make sure you look at the total price they sell you the car for on the last sheet you sign in the finance office not what you sign on the floor. Hopefully save someone else from the headache. Lisa was wonderful, I appreciated her efforts while helping me during the process. Also, your facility is first class and very comfortable. Everyone in the were welcoming and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that your website is confusing if you're not looking for a vehicle. It took me some time to schedule the appointment because I couldn't find the option for the type of service that I was looking for. The Customer Service Representative, Lisa Klarich, met me when I drove in. She promptly took my car in and provided a Multi Point Inspection to diagnose my car's problem. The Parts Department ordered the necessary parts and a free loaner was provided for my use. By 10:00 AM the next morning my radiator issue, wheel alignment, and filter change had been completed. A job well done! More
