I am both sad that I had to replace my vehicle after a total loss accident (no fault of mine) at the least favourable time, but pleased I was able to meet Nicholas (Nick) Linares and secure something I can work with! From the moment I walked in the door and outlined my reason and financial climate, he was pleasant! He didn't show any negative faces or share any negative words! He was optimistic and even when I became overly frustrated (to tears), he was a kind voice and a distracting conversation. Honestly, I will probably find Nick when I'm ready to replace this car!
