I went to this car showroom to buy an SUV pre-owned that my girlfriend like, was 2004 model. after spent 3 hours over there waiting them for the financing approval, the first salesmen was a really nice and my girlfriend like, was 2004 model. after spent 3 hours over there waiting them for the financing approval, the first salesmen was a really nice and very polite guy but another salesmen came to give me their offer in the end and hes attitude was very weird, he start telling me that my job monthly paycheck not much!! FOR HIM and then he said they will sale it to me with one term that 2004 car worth of $7000. for 54 month payment $498.. WOW!! do the math that make me pay total of ($26946.00) and he want me to accepted like I'am an ****** .. Not only that, when I got the taste drive, when I stop and the car running but on D the motor was shaking and almost shutdown by itself. I think really they need to servicing their car before offering them on sale to people.. Beware!!! More
Beware! Worst buying experience ever! Shopped online and was quoted a price and trade value by Ms. Ortiz. Told another dealer we were going to buy from Hendrick's and they warned us Hendrick's will add and was quoted a price and trade value by Ms. Ortiz. Told another dealer we were going to buy from Hendrick's and they warned us Hendrick's will add dealer 'fees or options' after we get there and will not honor the price they quoted. Called Ms. Ortiz and asked if the 'out the door price' she quoted included all fees including dealer fees, tax, title, tags, etc. Asked her twice and she assured me that was the price provided by her manager. Got to the dealership and they evaluated our trade and 'worked the numbers'. No need to work the numbers as we already had an agreed upon price. Sure enough, the salesman came back with a price $2595 higher than agreed upon! Said the price by Ms. Ortiz did not include a dealer fee of $1695 for a "protection package", AND they could not give me the trade in value for our 2013 Civic with 14,200 miles on it because of 2 small scratches on the hood (that could be rubbed out easily) and were reducing the trade by $900! Salesman got the sales manager, who went to talk to the general manager while we waited and waited in the showroom. Wasted a total of 3 hours driving from Palm Coast to the dealership in Daytona, going through the grind, and driving back. Went to Palm Coast Ford and bought a 2014 Ford Escape. Will never go back to Hendrick Honda again and will tell every friend, relative, or otherwise interested person to beware of this place. More

Bought a car remotely which I have done 4 times from different dealers. In other words, I know what to ask and look for when buying a car out of state. Hendrick misrepresented the car, took pictures to different dealers. In other words, I know what to ask and look for when buying a car out of state. Hendrick misrepresented the car, took pictures to avoid showing damage and sold, and represented the car in a incorrect, untruthful way. Do not trust this dealership, especially for any of the cars they advertise on the web. Buyer beware. More

Port Orange, FL 8/16/2013 I understand the need of a business to make a profit, but it is deplorable when a business chooses to do so by lying and creating problems for them to solve at the consumer's expense. We have just had our third experience of outright deception by Hendrick Honda and we will never go there again. The first time we went for service after they bought out Jon Hall, they told my wife she needed a headlight restoration on our 2005 Honda Odyssey. I had restored the headlights 3 days before our oil change. They were crystal clear. They also told us we needed a new high level brake light bulb. They wanted $45 to replace a bulb which retails for $7.99 for a pair. The original bulb was not burned out and continues to work today. Our second visit they up sold my wife by telling her the water pump was a "consumable" and needed replaced at a cost of almost $800. The OEM kit, including all belts and seals, costs $200 online and is fitted in less than 1 hour. 3 days after this service, the battery in the car died. They had charged us for a battery condition test at the service and had checked it green when it clearly was almost dead. Yesterday we went in for an oil change. They advised us that the CV boots were beginning to perish (reasonable enough) but they told us that the entire front axles needed to be replaced because of this. A quick check on line followed by a visit to an independent garage demonstrated this was a complete and utter lie, the the axles were fine, cv joints fine and that the cv boots actually had a good year or so on them. At most we needed a grease job. Hendrick Honda Daytona's service department are pathological liars. Nancy was our service advisor and she never failed to try and rip us off. We caught a few things, I haven't mentioned all of the unnecessary work I stopped, but I know they did manage to screw us out of several hundreds of dollars dishonestly. We'll never go back and I would suggest nobody else goes there for service on an out of warranty vehicle. Theresa's Garage, less than a block north on Nova seems honest, is reasonable and stands by their work. They also do free estimates. More
I went to Hendricks Honda a few months ago because I wanted to buy a new 2013 Honda civic. I really wanted to buy from them because they where very close to my home and it would have been nice to get wanted to buy a new 2013 Honda civic. I really wanted to buy from them because they where very close to my home and it would have been nice to get serviced so close my work and home but there sales force there was the worst iv ever came across. I will never go back to this dealer again I felt like they didn't even care about my concerns or wants they where only interested in getting rid of a leftover 2012 Honda civic that was not what I wanted and wasn't my first choice in color . I would not recommend this dealer to anyone . Luckily I found the car and a great dealer in another town they went above what I expected them to do got the car and options along with the color I chose and a price that made me and my wife very happy. STAY AWAY from Hendricks Honda sales' should tell you I have never had any problems with there parts or service departments as I have been getting my older Hondas serviced there for years now. More

Have always been a Ford fan, my son needed a truck and we were looking around for the best deal. Johan was our sales man and we briefly told him what we were looking for. He showed us what we were looking fo were looking around for the best deal. Johan was our sales man and we briefly told him what we were looking for. He showed us what we were looking for in Chevrolets version and my son Robert liked it a lot. We told Johan that we were going to shop around and he said please give me a chance to show you what kinda deal I will make for you and you won't want to look any further, so we were like I guess so. So we get inside give him a little info and baaaaaaamm, he came out with numbers I couldn't believe. The truck had great rebates and they got my under the payment I needed to be at. So all the said we've purchased two cars from Johan at Jon Hall and couldn't be happier. More
