Ken, a very nice guy, listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient during the 4 hours it took for me to completely decide. The sales manager (unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he is awesome) did all but make my first payment for me. He and Todd pulled every possible deal out of their hats to get me into the car. Michael answered all of my financial questions and even a few questions about oil changes. When I called to make sure that everything was squared away with my trade-in, Jennifer got back to me with remarkable speed and made my request a priority. I am completely pleased with my purchase from start to finish. More

Customer satisfaction. Car salesmen have a reputation for being less than honest. This is not the case with Luis Pereyra. Not professional at all do your homework Experience here is very unprofessional.you have to be very knowledgeable about car sales before you make a purchase here or you will get taken advanta Experience here is very unprofessional.you have to be very knowledgeable about car sales before you make a purchase here or you will get taken advantage of. The first offer they made on my trade-in was about $4000 below the book value. They tried to get me nearly 24,000 dollars out the door with my trade-in. I told them I would not pay more than 20,000 out the door with my trade-in which is $4000 difference. After a lot of bickering and wasted time they actually came down to $20,250 out the door $3750 less than they initially tried to sell me the car for. The way theyappraise your trade-in is absolutely ludicrous. The appraisal they give you is that fair our average regardless of the condition of your car if it's in excellent condition they're only going to be fair or average trade-in value. Needless to say it's beneficial to you to have knowledge and do a lot of homework before you go to buy a new car.at the end of the day I got an okay deal not great but I was in need of a vehicle and it was a decent price. The sales team was not very helpful and fact they're a very pushy and trying to get you to purchase a bunch of extras that you do not need that cost you several thousand extra dollars! Once you get in the finance office that's a totally separate deal you have to negotiate for your interest rate and then the finance officer tries to upsell you a bunch of extra warranties that you do not need! I nearly walked out and in hindsight I should have I actually had to tell the finance officer listen I'm not interested in any upgrades either finance me at my initial deal we agreed upon or I'm walking out ..,.. And the finance manager still didn't want to do that still try to push unnecessary things on me to purchase. As soon as I signed the papers everybody left the sales person didn't spend any time with me explain anything about the car or The certified extended warranty that came with the deal. In fact the salespersons said if you don't mind I'm late for a movie I have to go thank you. In hindsight I probably made a big mistake and I'm writing this to keep others from making the same mistake I did. Remember you cannot actually trust a salesperson selling cars because they are trying to sell you a car they're not your friend. You need to remember they are not your friends when you were buying a car they are trying to get a sale. Please do your homework and do not have the same experience I did and I do not recommend and I do not recommend Hendrick Honda in Daytona by any means More
