,Terrible experience high pressure from the start. All cars had a $1700 markup which included mud guards, wheel locks, nitrogen air in tires and cargo mat. They also pushed extended warranty, paint protection and inside fabric protection. Worst negotiating with multiple dealer management I have ever had in my 70 plus years. They would not give up always trying to swap one of their overpriced extras in place of reduced dollars. They wanted to close the deal with bogus savings as quickly as possible. when i suggested that I was going to visit their competition at Toyota they slammed their salesmen as being low class. All and all it was a dreadful experience. This dealership will not last long with current management. Their prices were awful and I bought from another dealer. More

Exceptional Experience I had the most amazing sales person the first night I went in I couldn't decide between a Pilot or the Accord. I have never had a sales person tell me he isn't going to sell me a car tonight because I was undeceive. But Mark D. did, so i went home and thought about it. Two days latter I went back and purchased the Accord. Mark made it the best experience along with Rich Robbins. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
