When it was time to go through the financial aspect of the purchase ( a period I dreaded in past transactions) I was pleasantly surprised when introduced to Rodney Rodriguez, still another staff member, expert in his field, who took his time explaining the different auto maintenance program options available to me and advising me of the appropriate choice for my needs.
