My salesman was Luis Pereyra who was exceptionally easy to work with and had complete knowledge of the car I was interested in. Although the dealership was swamped with customers, he took the time needed to answer all of my questions, and believe me, I had a suitcase full of them. On each occasion that I went in during the buying process, Luis went the proverbial extra mile for me, and at no time did I feel any pressure. His kindness and patience are really what closed the deal. I felt no need to visit other dealerships. More

He lead me through the entire process without that feeling of being pressured. He was a expert in every facet of the car's technology, and made it very easy for me to understand. When it was time to go through the financial aspect of the purchase ( a period I dreaded in past transactions) I was pleasantly surprised when introduced to Rodney Rodriguez, still another staff member, expert in his field, who took his time explaining the different auto maintenance program options available to me and advising me of the appropriate choice for my needs.
