I went to Hendrick Honda of Daytona and met Jeff Anderson and I can honestly say he really enjoys what he does and he has the customers best interest. We test drove the car that day and talked a little bit about numbers. He was very friendly throughout the process and listened when I told him that I was still in the market and was waiting another month to get my car. He was very understanding gave me his contact info and everytime I had a question I would call him and he was always ready to help. GREAT GUY! More

Bad day at Black Rock Although the salesman was very nice and no pressure, and he tried hard to get us a lease deal we could be happy with on the Honda CRV, the business ma Although the salesman was very nice and no pressure, and he tried hard to get us a lease deal we could be happy with on the Honda CRV, the business manager was another matter. We were not gong to purchase that day and the pressure was tremendous and he was bordering on rude an angry. He insisted on a check although we signed no contract of any kind saying we "owe it to the salesman for all the time he devoted to us." We have purchased another lease at another dealer and after one week we are still waiting for our money to be returned. Beware of dealing with Hendrick Honda. More

dont know how to fix cars I took my 2013 honda in for service and i had fluid leaking under the engine area. They changed my oil and cleaned off the fluid. They said this was residual fluid from the factory and its not a leak. They did not even record my comliant. My car is still leaking! I dont think the service department is well trained. More
