Lisa Klarich has been the best Service Manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is honest, sincere, and very knowledgeable. Had a pleasant visit with Lisa. She's cool to hangout with and chat. She took care of my car and John the tech did a great job with services performed. I have $200 Rays lug nuts on the car and an impact wrench is a NO NO on these lugs. John noticed them and knew NOT to use impact gun/wrench but rather torque wrench only to take off wheels. Nice catch John. More

Went to the dealership because Britney had called me got me out of the vehicle that I had purchased 6 months ago my fault I should have stayed with that vehicle but Britney is a smooth talker and I test dro me out of the vehicle that I had purchased 6 months ago my fault I should have stayed with that vehicle but Britney is a smooth talker and I test drove a Honda C RV it is a beautiful vehicle but I did tell her I needed to be at the same payments as I was with the other vehicle so she smoothed talked me into a close payment so I agreed once again I could've walked out but the numbers didn't seem that bad. So I went ahead and said ok. Went the next day to finish off the paper work and the financial person said very fast that the bank couldn't do what they said they were going to do with the payments so it was sign here sign here and before I knew it I was buying a vehicle that I can not afford and the total price of the vehicle is almost as much as a brand new vehicle and I'm in a 2017 Honda C RV Total price almost 29,000 for this used vehicle. I am on disability and I really believed everything Britney had told me buy I guess she can sleep at night and have food on here table and take food off my table.. I wish there was a way I could just talk to someone at the dealership but I am ashamed that I signed these papers for this vehicle and never knew how nice the total cost was. I called about a routine A/C compressor seal warranty job. They have had bad seals on 6 model years now so you think they would stock plenty of seals. Just to be sure I spe ifically asked if they had the job. They have had bad seals on 6 model years now so you think they would stock plenty of seals. Just to be sure I spe ifically asked if they had the part. They said yes and could fix it tomorrow. I have a road trip the day after tomorrow and need the car. No problem, I will leave it all day tomorrow but need it the next day. Don't hear anything all day so I call near the end of the day only to be told they looked at lr but don't have the part. After asking if they could get it from another dealer or vendor, I was told it would take 20 days to ship. Coggin Deland Honda has them and they're 6.2 miles away. More excuses. Finally I said put it together I'm coming for it now. Coggin took me in for the next day and saved my road trip. Don't do business with Yeoman's Honda. Despite what other people have written about sales, their service is ibcompetent. I am not just complaining about this time. I bought a 2018 F-150 from Yeoman's Ford and they screwed me also. Nice Family style business. More
