Had a pleasant visit with Lisa. She's cool to hangout with and chat. She took care of my car and John the tech did a great job with services performed. I have $200 Rays lug nuts on the car and an impact wrench is a NO NO on these lugs. John noticed them and knew NOT to use impact gun/wrench but rather torque wrench only to take off wheels.
