I called Maribel to schedule me for my oil change. I was able to take it in the same day. I was greeted as soon as I drove in. Then both Maribel and greeted me promptly with a smile and a hug. Sales staff and office staff lies Purchased a truck from this location which had engine light on. Said they would give me a good deal because of the engine light. Said I would have t Purchased a truck from this location which had engine light on. Said they would give me a good deal because of the engine light. Said I would have to buy "as is' but they knew what the engine light problem was and would cost $800.00 to repair. Said nothing wrong with engine that light was just a defective sensor. Other sales staff reiterated what salesman told me so I purchased the truck in Sept of 2018. In last 14 months truck has literally been at repair shops for 10 of the 14 months. I mean every minute of those 10 months. Transmission temp light comes on and truck goes into "limp mode". Replaced transmission twice, radiator, ignition, computers and several other computers, sensors and modules and truck does same thing.There is no doubt in my mind they knew the problem was a lot worse than they were saying but they withheld information to sell the truck. Also stated that the truck was never damaged and while it was at my dealership it was pointed out to me that there had been body work on roof and passenger front door area. If they had been honest and disclosed what they knew I would have never purchased the truck. I still do not have the truck in my driveway, but is still in the shop while they continue to try to learn and repair all the faults. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TOLD TO YOU HERE AS TRUTH OR YOU MAY END UP IN THE SAME SITUATION AS I, A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH A DWINDLED SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND NO VEHICLE. I called Gary Yeoman's service department and a very pleasant rep helped me set a convenient time for me to take my car in. Upon my arrival, I was directed into the service check in area by a very friendly guy (sorry I don't recall his name) who checked me in and introduced me to Scott Wenzel, my service advisor. Scott explained the service my car needed and answered my questions, then directed me to the waiting area. In just under one hour, technician Krys Knowles had compleated the service and my car had also been washed. Service advisor, Scott Wenzel helped me with my paperwork, then escorted me to my car.
