She claimed there was absolutely no cosmetic damage on the interior or exterior (I have text messages proving this). Upon inspection there were scratches all over the vehicle and rips on the seat, even a scratch on the screen. I had also made an appointment and waited 30 minutes and she never showed up. Horrified at the lack of customer service and unethical behavior. We drove 2 hrs to see this car. What made things worse was the sales manager came out and when we told him that his sales rep was dishonest with us and wasted our time, he responded with the classic sleazy dealership response "I'm losing over $2000 on this deal." Please save your time and money and go to another dealership. More

I don't know if isewt's because I'm a woman, or if they treat everyone to obfuscation, bullying, and straight up lying. Just don't go there. More

Before driving my car to Gary Yeomans Honda, I stopped by a well known private service garage, near me, to make sure it was safe to drive my car. The private garage told me I needed several suspension parts and said it would cost $1,179.00 for just the front end and said I should also do the back end suspension. Gary Yeomans Honda said it was an easy fix and $138.00 later after an alignment and the replacing of the tire iron bolt, I had my car fully repaired and safe to drive, thanks to Gary Yeomans Honda. I will never go elsewhere. The team there is the best. More

What appeared to be forgivable incompetence turned into pure 'bait and switch' to "get the deal". Even the "owner" of the dealership, Haitham, lied straight at us about his offer as he smiled and pretended to "care about our business". Everyone we encountered at Yeomans Honda lacked integrity or the willingness to correct their 'miscommunications' about color choices, time of delivery and finally changing the contract terms at the last moment! All I can say is I'm truly sorry my husband and I ever entrusted them with our $1,000 deposit, which they have illegally held from us for "5-7 days" since the deal fell through! I've been in sales all my adult life. I even worked at a dealership for a time. I have never seen such poorly handled, blatantly deceitful business!.We finally went to Daytona Hyundai and got exactly what we wanted with great service too! Disappointedly, from Pamela. More
