I had a battery under warranty that died. Came in unscheduled, and Spiros took care of me quickly. This place is a complete scam. If ZERO stars were possible that would be the rating. We had a purchase order completed and agreed upon for a vehicle, the day we were to get the car we get a phone ca possible that would be the rating. We had a purchase order completed and agreed upon for a vehicle, the day we were to get the car we get a phone call that "someone scratched it" so they sent it to the repair shop to get fixed. However they were going to pass the 2k+ in fees to repair the damage caused by them onto us! Excuse me?! We had the check already sent to us by our credit union to purchase the car. Anthony should not be in the customer service industry at all. This man tells me if I don't want to pay the extra 2k for the car they are going to send it to auction? You've got to be kidding me, you're not going to take my 21k check, but send it to an auction where you are not going to get anywhere near retail. What a lie. It infuriates me that I have to even give a star for this Honda. I will never come back to this Service center ever again. First off, I have had a bad experience multiple times before and this last visit fro Honda. I will never come back to this Service center ever again. First off, I have had a bad experience multiple times before and this last visit from yesterday set me over the edge. I had a cross threaded lug nut/stud (FROM THE PREVIOUS SERVICE I HAD DONE HERE) and it wouldn't have made me so mad if they had approached with all my options versus " hey we have a problem and were taking care of it, but you need to come back another day because its almost 5 and we don't know if we can get the part and ill have to talk to the service manager to see what are options are." so after about lets say 20 mins of waiting for my advisor to seek guidance from the service manager, she comes back to ask me for my insurance card and what not to give me a loaner. ALL WHILE SCREAMING TO THE MECHANIC I AM TRYING TO HURRY (someone else feel me on this when i say i wanted to curse her TF out) SO i said, " you're seriously going to rush me when I've waited here how long??" her response, " i am just trying to help you." LOL.....I want to know why I wasn't approached with that option when the problem arose. While I was waiting, i also tried to find Dale the "Service manager" so a salesman tried to help me out and when i explained why i was mad (i obviously looked it too) he wants to get an attitude with me and say, "i just work in sales." BOY THEN GO! NO ONE ASKED FOR YOU. so now that I'm steaming even more, i finally get to speak to the "service manager" and he has the audacity to tell me that the lug nut/stud being cross threaded is normal wear and tear!!! I was a jet mechanic for 4 years and have been in the maintenance industry going on 11 and I know that is completely FALSE. I could understand stripping but cross threading? No, I am not dumb. So when I tell him, " I see that you're going to make excuses for the sh**ty work your mechanics do, I am just going to leave. HE DID NOT GIVE ONE FLYING F*** . He sat in his little chair and just ignored the problem. Everyone there is unprofessional. This is the last experience I will have there cause I will not go back. I have so many problems from everything as small as my lights not being reset after my maintenance visits to tire pressure lights coming on after a full replacement of tires. The best one was waiting 2 hours before my paperwork was completed. In all honesty though the lug nut/stud cross threading did it for me. THE FACT OF THE MATTER WAS MY SAFETY was involved and no one seemed to get that. What if the cross threading caused my wheel to vibrate and come off? I am just over this Honda. New management needs to happen , competent mechanics, and advisors need to be hired. More
