I hate getting 50 calls from a dealer just for inquiry online and Britney did it right first asking if text was OK to communicate and only calling to introduce herself (so I knew I wasn't texting texting machine) after several messages were exchanged and I actually made a plan to visit their dealership. You could say this sales tactic won our business. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DON’T DO IT. Please if you are looking for a vehicle, just don’t even bother going to this dealership. READ MY FULL EXPERIENCE……. I purchased a vehicle from them over a month a looking for a vehicle, just don’t even bother going to this dealership. READ MY FULL EXPERIENCE……. I purchased a vehicle from them over a month ago, at first the process seemed easy and laid back. Not too much pressure but the average car dealership run around. Fine, that’s to be expected from most dealerships. Slick talkers, normal salesman BS. Whatever, I can deal with that. HOWEVER, over a month since my purchase and they still have NOT paid off my trade resulting in past due balances and daily phone calls from my old loan provider. I’m keeping an eye out to see if it hits my credit. Sure, I can fight it obviously but to have to deal with this run around after purchasing a vehicle is RIDICULOUS. Once this was brought to my attention I called the dealership. You would think that they would want to really help out their customer and take the situation seriously…. Didn’t happen. I could barely reach anyone, took days to get a call back. FINALLY, I spoke to someone in finance who laughed the situation off and said my “trade was paid off buddy” and not to worry. A couple more days went by and I received more phone calls from my old loan provider. No payoff. Past due balances on a vehicle I don’t even have anymore. So I called the dealership back again. No answers, I left messages. Finally I got a call back from the GSM Anthony Maccia. The dude is a CLOWN and I’ll prove it to you…. He talks disrespectfully and uses the excuse of “being pretty black and white” to justify how he talks to customers in a disrespectful manner. Once Anthony got involved he assured me all would be taken care of. He said he would send me a copy of the check to prove the vehicle was paid off and he assured that my old loan provider was wrong… A couple hours later I got the PDF of the check along with a message from Anthony Maccia. Anthony acted as if I was absolutely wrong and they did in fact pay off the vehicle, his “black and white” tone came across as a very disrespectful “told you so”. HOWEVER, here’s the best part…. They sent the payoff (just about $15,000) to the WRONG FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Yes, you read that right…. They sent a check to the completely wrong place and didn’t even know it…. Probably not a dealership you’d want to work with if they can’t even get a trade payoff right. Once I realized this, I of course called back to bring this to their attention…. NO ANSWER. Finally, I decided obviously this won’t be resolved by phone calls. So I had to drive over an hour to the dealership in order to meet Anthony Maccia in person. Of course, once I showed up he was surprised and asked if I saw his email. His tone of course changed drastically once I was standing in front of him. I brought their error to his attention and he seemed utterly confused and of course said that couldn’t be right until he actually paid attention and realized their error. I’ll give it to him, he did sit there for about 45 mins while we talked to my old loan provider and the institution they sent the money to by mistake. He put gas in my vehicle for the hassle of me having to drive all that way, which I appreciated the nice gesture without me even asking for it. (Although I shouldn’t have even had to go out there to begin with…) Finally after a runaround, it seemed like everyone was on the same page, sort of. Either the wrong institution would send the money to the correct loan provider or the dealership would cut another check and then recoup their money afterwards since it’s THEIR error… Obviously option #2 is the only right thing to do given it’s been 30+ days of no payoff. He assured me it would be handled one way or another and I left the dealership. When something like this happens, I’d expect a call the next day at least to just follow up on how it’s been handled. It’s the least they could do right? After a day of no update, I called and of course got a voicemail. Never received a call back. Anthony Maccia said it was because he was at the auction, which I understand. Fine. But I shouldn’t be tracking down an update to begin with. Mind you having to even go through this with a dealership after purchasing a vehicle from them. Finally almost 3 days after going to the dealership in person, I called and called for an update. Finally, I called and asked for the GM Haitham. Once I did that, I of course received a prompt call from Anthony Maccia after being told he was “working deals” by another salesman earlier. Coincidence?… He of course talked to me with an attitude, telling me he said he was handling it and I should have “good faith”…. Ridiculous. Good faith was obviously lost a while ago on my part, and rightfully so. I continued to ask him how exactly is it being handled? He wouldn’t give me a straight answer other than getting angry and giving more of an attitude. He then finally said the GM Haitham authorized them to send another check electronically to my actual loan provider. He said this as if he was doing me a favor…. Which is outrageous considering all of this was caused in THEIR error. When I continued to remind him of that he would become more of a wise guy and literally ask me “are you perfect or have you ever did anything wrong?”…. First of all, what are you talking about? And secondly, how do they actually let this guy deal with customers? With all this being said, I still couldn’t get a straight answer out of him. My loan provider still hasn’t received any payoff from the dealership and it’s been 3 days since they “electronically sent a new check” to the correct place…. The institution that they sent the payoff to in error stated that they have cancelled the check and are sending the money back to Gary Yeomans Honda…. Seems to me that they are now waiting to payoff my trade until they recoup their funds that they sent in error…. Putting my credit in further jeopardy and making me jump through more hoops later. But again, that’s my opinion and I can’t confirm that since I haven’t received any proof that they actually sent a new check electronically. Which is also crazy. All in all, this situation has been a nightmare. After doing research I’ve seen that I’m not the only one that they have done this too. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I also have to add that I talked to the neighboring dealerships and I’ve literally been told to avoid Anthony Maccia at all costs. One person who worked at another dealership under the same Gary Yeoman name told me “good luck” after I told them I was dealing with Anthony Maccia. He also agreed with me that he is in fact, a clown. At least THAT, is confirmed. Unlike the payoff on my trade. Also - side note, just to add to the story…. I found out that they already sold my trade in almost 28 days ago. Hopefully they’ll be able to provide a title for it within 30 days considering they haven’t actually paid for it yet and the title doesn’t even belong to them. Not my problem, that’s theirs…. But it goes to show how they operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Of course they waited until they sold the trade before they paid it off. What a bogus way to run business and deal with a customer. It was REALLY easy to take my down payment and sell me my new vehicle…. But of course when it’s time for them to pay money they struggle to do so in a timely and professional manner. Even if one potential buyer sees this review and doesn’t buy from them, I’m happy. Take money out of their pockets. I’ll be continuing to write reviews and spread the word until my trade is paid off. This place is a complete scam. If ZERO stars were possible that would be the rating. We had a purchase order completed and agreed upon for a vehicle, the day we were to get the car we get a phone ca possible that would be the rating. We had a purchase order completed and agreed upon for a vehicle, the day we were to get the car we get a phone call that "someone scratched it" so they sent it to the repair shop to get fixed. However they were going to pass the 2k+ in fees to repair the damage caused by them onto us! Excuse me?! We had the check already sent to us by our credit union to purchase the car. Anthony should not be in the customer service industry at all. This man tells me if I don't want to pay the extra 2k for the car they are going to send it to auction? You've got to be kidding me, you're not going to take my 21k check, but send it to an auction where you are not going to get anywhere near retail. What a lie. GARY YEOMAN is this the business you want to run and put your name on???? More
