I recently Purchased my 2021 Honda Accord from Gary Yeomans Honda, This purchase was made a complete breeze with no worries or concerns due to the many talents of Mathew Russell. He was prompt to the appointment, diligent in helping me with the decision process. I am a car nutt to say the least and can be very stubborn. Mathew was very effective by quickly assuring me of the value I held most important between the 2 different models I was shopping for (Accord Sport / Accord Sport Special edition). Once the selection was made. Mathew got me the numbers and had my papers signed post haste, moving the process along further. Getting my new car pulled off the showroom floor and prepared for delivery and even assisted in transferring my belongings from my Ram to the Accord. Mathew understood this was a very emotional process for me as He took the time to understand how much I really loved my truck and would miss it. He understood I had to make this decision due to a recent death in the family and was traveling more and farther and needed a vehicle with great fuel economy. Mathew has followed up with me frequently to make sure I am Happy with my purchase and to check on me personally. He will be the first one I turn to with my next purchase. Fingers crossed it will be a Honda Passport Trailsport so I can get back to camping and hiking. The accord is great but does not handle trails. I won't even try. My wife dropped her car off Tuesday night for an oil change went to pick car up Wednesday a.m. & encountered a service member with a nasty attitude! He kept asking her" who did she talk to " when she dropped the car off & was bothered that she didn't remember. Mind u She was there less than 5min the night b4 so obviously she didn't remember who ? Either way Since when are we supposed to remember names when getting a freakn oil change !?? He then went in computer figured out who it was & in a bothered tone said " this the person who helped u his name is so & so " ! So what ! we don't care who it was we just wanna pay & leave !! . Whatever system you have shouldn't depend on the customer to remember anything ! Should just be able to give u our name or vehicle description & you should be able to figure it out ! Anyway very frustrating to start the day off with something so negative. & A bit of advice to whomever this idiot is ? U should feel extremely fortunate I wasn't present & if u don't wanna work with people get a job elsewhere ! More

Regarding Mr. Scott Wenzel and the Gary Yeoman Honda Dealership, service department. NOTE… I did not buy my 2017 Honda Civic at Yeoman’s. In fact, this was the first time I’d ever been there! I Dealership, service department. NOTE… I did not buy my 2017 Honda Civic at Yeoman’s. In fact, this was the first time I’d ever been there! I bought this used car, with no warranty, less than a year ago. The air conditioner stopped working, and I was faced with significant repair costs… or try making it through a Florida summer without air conditioning! The selling dealer did some research and told me about a “Service Bulletin” Honda had issued regarding 2016, 2017 and 2018 Civics and a possible leaking condenser problem. Although not a recall, Honda did extend the warranty an additional 10 years, on effected cars. He suggested I reach out to the dealership in Saint Augustine, or Daytona Beach. I chose Gary Yeoman in Daytona Beach, and am thrilled I did! I called, and the rest went like this: 1. Gave VIN number over phone 2. Was told car qualified as a potential candidate 3. Without having to schedule an appointment, I drove down to have the car checked 4. Was told the problem was indeed the compressor, they had one in stock and would work on it right away. 5 Left the dealership with an outside temperature of 93... I could have cared less as I was cruising home with an inside temp of 68! All this…. Without even buying it there! Truly 5+ star service from beginning to end!!! More
