I have been with Honda now for approximately 9 years. Have had Civic, CRV and now Passport. Love the vehicles and the service received at Gary Yeomen's is excellent. Scheduling is easy. Day of appts. I bought a 2021 Hinda Civic in April of 2020. The sales team was good and helped me every way. But the service department is where my issue is. While I have lifetime oil changes, I also get all recommended services as well. My last visit I received an alignment and oil change. The tech accidentally left the oil cap off. While accidents happen. It had been about 2 weeks. 3 quarts of oil soaked my engine bay and my car had ran low for some time. Once i noticed the issue I called for a cleaning and oil change. What I got after inspection of the service was a still oil covered engine bay, my oil life still at the same percentage and a steering wheel covered entirely in oil. I will never ever return to this dealership and can not recommend anyone go here. How a small error could manifest into such poor quality service and an oil covered steering wheel is beyond reason More
