This dealer is the most deceptive sales force I have ever dealt with, wife ended up buying, the added costs took the sale price from 12400 to over 16800. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The service is good. Unfortunately, when we go for an oil change, we end up paying 5 times what was expected. Honda may be improving its product, but it also increase a lot the maintenance cost. Before we could go for a good 3 years with only an oil change. Now, there is all kind other inspection which was not necessary before which seems just a way to increase the maintenance cost. More
