This is partially our fault, although we purchased a new 2021 Pilot Touring in 2020, the vehicle was missing a wireless headset. We were told they would order a second one and call us when we could pick it 2021 Pilot Touring in 2020, the vehicle was missing a wireless headset. We were told they would order a second one and call us when we could pick it up. My wife picked it up and placed it (in it’s packing) in the back compartment of the passenger seat. We never used the headsets. We are leaving on a trip tomorrow and today, 7/2/2022, I thought I should replace the batteries in the headsets in case we decided to use them. The one that they ordered for us is an aftermarket product from China, there is no OEM labeling on the packaging and it is different from the otherheadset, which is in OEM packaging. The plastic of the aftermarket headset has blemished and looks used. The OEM headset looks brand new. I called Gary Yeoman Honda today to be told the best they would be willing to do is to allow me to purchase one from them at their cost. I refused and will purchase one on my own. I’m amazed that at the time the vehicle was new they would actually give us an after market cheap looking headset that is different that is different from the OEM headset. I was even told that due to COVID, possibly that was all that was available. The purchase was made before any supply chain issues. We should have inspected the headset and compared them although we didn’t. Due to their response and giving us an aftermarket headset, they have lost a customer. More

I was entirely impressed with the lengths to which Rich Nichols and your service department went to correct the issues I had with my wife's CR-V.
