I have always had a great experience with the service department. Rich used to be my advisor and he is great! I brought my car in on a Saturday and dropped it off for maintenance. Once completed they called and said I could pick up my keys in the sales center. When I entered the sales center. I approached the front desk, where a woman never once looked up and away from her cell phone. I continued standing there, wondering if she would ever notice that I was there. Finally a gentleman walked by and saw me, and asked if I needed assistance, and not to my surprise, but even then, this woman never looked up from her phone. Had I been coming to purchase a car, I would have walked right back out. So if you are needing any help with sales, maybe starting with the ones that are the first faces people see when they come in, as it will set the tone for the whole experience. More
My 2012 Honda Accord was towed to this location on Oct 31 per the advice of a technician due to an alternator problem. I was able to pick it up on November 4. Garrett Thomas was my service advisor and was great to work with. The only problem I had was Honda Service insistence that I purchase a new battery from Honda. I explained that my battery was only 14 months old and that I had a warranty on it so of course I wanted to take it to the service place that I had the warranty with. I did this same day I picked up my Honda. The battery tested fine so I do not need a new battery. So I am sure glad I didn’t spend another $252.00 for a battery. Yes it makes sense that my battery tested low with an alternator issue. Honda service should have retested the battery after the alternator was replaced. Garrett understood my situation and I do not blame him. I don’t like or appreciate Honda trying to force me to replace the battery. More
Scheduled a maintenance oil change and tire rotation, was greeted immediately by the service advisor and reviewed the pricing and gave me an estimate on the time of completion. The service was done in under an hour and I was able to watch the work being performed on the SUV. Overall great experience and look forward to going back. More
I purchased a vehicle eight months ago from Gary Yeoman Honda, and I’ve had several issues since. They sold me the car with a motor part that wasn’t properly installed, and I had to spend $226 of my own mo Honda, and I’ve had several issues since. They sold me the car with a motor part that wasn’t properly installed, and I had to spend $226 of my own money to fix it. When I brought this to their attention, they only offered me a tire rotation. I accepted, but after the rotation, the car began shaking and pulling to the right. When I returned to the dealership, the technician told me one of the tires was smaller than the others. This tire had passed their inspection when I purchased the vehicle, but now that it was moved to the front, the technician admitted it wasn’t safe. He even said he wouldn’t let his own wife drive the car in that condition. Despite this, the dealership refused to take responsibility and told me I’d have to purchase a new tire, even though this smaller tire was on the car when I bought it. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Not only was the car sold to me in an unsafe condition, but they also failed to resolve the issue after admitting the problem. My safety, and that of my family, seems irrelevant to them. They simply want me to spend more money rather than correct their mistake. This is terrible customer service, and I’m still waiting for them to address this dangerous situation. More
