I brought my 2002 Ford 150 in for service and knew that it's days were numbered and time to get another vehicle. We came in the on a Saturday to look at the car, we have now purchased, and left with the vehicle a few hours later. Our salesperson was Brian Olds he did an excellent job, he was very attentive to our needs and very helpful with the process of our trade in and purchase. I am truly impressed with the Brian and the other people I dealt with, Mike Thompson being one who worked on the finance part of the deal. They were very professional and very instrumental in our experience with Crossroads. I will definitely go back and buy the next vehicle I need from Crossroads and from Brian Olds.
