Took myF150 in for the works oil change. Never again I just had check engine light come on with error code took to a local shop who did a complete saftey inspection also my air filter which Never again I just had check engine light come on with error code took to a local shop who did a complete saftey inspection also my air filter which should have been checked at time of oil change was beyond needing replaced and rear brakes were at 20 percent which also should have been checked and other issues they should have noticed if they actually did the multi point inspection. So really all they did was change the oil and rotated tires. Upon checking out all I got was receipt no inspection papers and even got a survey from them and from the owner. Filled out survey listing my concerns and issues and never heard back not even the owner. Don’t charge for a service that you can not complete. I would give you a zero but it wouldn’t let me More
I can't thank Tim Stallard and everyone in the parts and service departments that helped get my key fob problem resolved! My salesman was great, very kind and easy to work with. The rest of the dealership on the other hand was awful. The finance guy was so very rude. He slammed our papers down when we declined the extended warranty and treated us terrible after that. They promised the vehicle in 2 days, it took a week. But they did deliver to me out of state so that was great. They forgot to have us sign paperwork and have to have drivers come up to have us sign it. The whole encounter has made me nervous, feels shady, and I truly hope the vehicle won’t let me down. More

I was ready to buy. After walking the lot, I gave him detailed specs for the truck I wanted. He agreed to keep an eye out. Later that evening, Nathan called to tell me that he had found the vehicle I was looking for. It was on another dealer's lot... but a trade had been arranged to bring it over. All he needed was a hold deposit, and he'd handle the vehicle exchange himself. I paid Frankfort Ford $500 right then, over the phone. I was ready to buy. One week passed. "Trade didn't pan out," he texted. I realized that I had been duped. Later that day, I found my future ride. Different dealer, different state. I wasn't going to sweat the past. I simply requested return of my deposit from Frankfort Ford. When I received a response... which occurred via speakerphone, with a sales manager present... I was told that my buddy Nathan was still hard at work... actually, in the middle of securing a hold on a *2nd* vehicle. I had misunderstood our arrangement, apparently. Seriously? It was a Vehicle Hold Deposit. Still looking for that refund, six months later. More
