Minor concerns Had to email a number of times to get a concern resolved relating to misunderstanding a warranty but it was resolved thankfully. Also emailed and called about not receiving a second key for a vehicle. We were told since it was a used vehicle (2015) they would try and get one but then couldn’t. You would think they would give us one at their cost or no cost at all just to make us happy but not only did that not happen despite the fact they knew this was important to us and we didn’t feel we should have to spend the extra money on a key. Sounds minor but that plus the fact that the cost of the vehicle turned out to Be more than what was agreed on in the end left s bad taste in our mouth for this dealership. More
