We have a vacation home located in the area, but live out of state, so purchasing our "vacation vehicle" remotely was a great convenience. We had a family member come to test drive the vehicle, and their experience was very similar - the team there was not pushy and took care of him. The entire process was stress-free, expedient, and Alan made us feel like a family member rather than just a customer.
