What a relief I'm a single mom, and I needed a new car. I was hesitant attempting to go through this process alone, but I did not have a choice. Luckily, I encountered Kris J., and he was WONDERFUL. At no time did he make me feel anything but appreciated. He carefully guided me through this process, he thoroughly explained to me the all of the intricacies of buying a car, and he PROVED to me that I was getting a good deal (by referencing KBB and NADA on the car I was seeking to purchase as well as my trade in). They made my car buying experience an enjoyable one and a pleasure doing business with them. In no way were they pushy what-so-ever. I knew what kind of vehicle I wanted and I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything else and they explained everything about the vehicle i purchased and answered any questions I had. I also checked dealerships around my surrounding area and I felt I got he best deal at Gary Smith Honda and I couldn't be happier as how it turned out. They even went above and beyond letting me have a loaner for a few days which really helped me out. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. Jeff made everything sweet and simple. He is probably the nicest man you'll encounter in a car dealership. My wife and I traded our old civic in for a 2017 civic EX-L and he made it so easy. We ran into a problem while purchasing because my wife realized that she did not want the one with Navi but rather with Sensing and Jeff was very understandable and was able to get us exactly what my wife wanted. Overall, pretty solid dude. I would ask for him if you want a great experience. Thanks man! More

Amazing customer service and follow up I came to Gary Smith Honda because I wanted to buy local. There was an initial "hiccup" in the purchase of my Honda, however, the professionalism and care I received following that far surpassed incredible and more than made up for the issue. I worked with Trish Kaltenbach....amazing customer service! I work in the sales/service industry and recognize the importance of fine service. Trish is phenomenal...I say "is" because even after a couple of months, she still checks in with me, remembers my name, and even sent my son a birthday card. I'd love to have someone on my staff with the qualities she blesses others with. Since the purchase of my car I've had to return my car for a leak problem. It's turned out to be quite a tricky situation that they are still trying to unravel. It isn't fun to be without my car, but Jeremy, one of their Service Advisors, has been incredible. He is patient and thorough. His follow up to keep me up to date is spot on. Most importantly, as busy as I know him to be, he doesn't let that affect how he interacts with me as his customer. I've worked in dealership service departments before...advisors can come across to customers as lacking in compassion and patience. Jeremy is quite the opposite. Gary Smith Honda is blessed to have these two wonderful individuals on staff! More

Also I have had them routinely serviced at this location except when I was in Washington DC for an extended time. Just traded in my 2015 CRV and purchased a 2017 Pilot Touring. Trish and Sully did a great job of dealing with the purchase and getting me out the door and to my other appointments. This is the second Honda I have purchased from Trish and she is skilled as well as personable. Sully is a great asset to the Gary Smith Family. Todd also performed admirably at the financing stage of the action. More
