DO NOT BUY FROM GARY ROME! !!!!!!!!!!!!! so we figured we would stay with Gary Rome for buying a new car since they gave us what we were looking for on our last car. We made !!!!!!!!!!!!! so we figured we would stay with Gary Rome for buying a new car since they gave us what we were looking for on our last car. We made a horrible mistake this time first they say they offer KBB pricing on your trade in car depending on the condition. we traded in a 2020 santa fe with 9K miles on it perfect car had a scuff on the right bumper other than that nothing wrong with it. KBB says its worth 27,500 - 30,500 good condition not excellent since the scuff. so we figured we would get around the 27500 for it since it had a scuff on it. nope they offered us about 26k said they couldn't go any high because they need to fix the scuff that will cost 500 and resell the car and cant go over the 31,500 MSRP so we said ok makes sense you have to make some money on it. 2 weeks go by after we picked up our new car and we see they put our trade in online for over 33k but yet they tell us we cant sell over MSRP we have to keep it under 31,500. so i called to ask them about it and told them we have emails of you saying you cant sell over MSRP that's why you couldn't give us a little extra for our car. They said let us look into this and we'll call you back when they called us back they hit us with yea looks like we had a lot of work to do on the car new brakes new rotors and couple other things needed to be done but sounds like more lies to me. The car was brand new with 9k miles no way anyone will need to replace any of that stuff with 9k miles on it but we learned our lesson this time. More

My salesperson gave me his cell phone number and he responded quickly to any questions that I had throughout the process. I drove up from New Jersey to pick the car up and I was in and out in an hour. The car and all the paper work were ready when I got there and I only needed to sign the documents. Everyone I dealt with were professional and respectful. Since I was out of state and from a distance, I asked for documents early on to confirm the order and they gave me everything I asked for. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and would highly recommend Gary Rome Hyundai. More

While I can say, it definitely wasn't a pain free experience, Maria the salesperson was pleasant and helpful. The finance department was slightly rude - I understand they probably explain the same th experience, Maria the salesperson was pleasant and helpful. The finance department was slightly rude - I understand they probably explain the same thing a million times a day, but it was all new to me and he seemed annoyed by me the second I walked in. That said, we were able to secure financing at a reasonable rate comparatively and ultimately I did purchase a car. More transparency about the cost and monthly breakdown would be helpful to potential customers. More

This dealer is great when you buy the car. If you have a problem crop up, you will be hard pressed to get it resolved. The people in public-facing positions don't seem to have effective oversight from the o problem crop up, you will be hard pressed to get it resolved. The people in public-facing positions don't seem to have effective oversight from the ownership. In my experience, the assistant to the owner is the gatekeeper to his ear - meaning that your problem doesn't come to his attention. I don't know if that is a problem for him, or his solution to a problem. Regardless, if you have a problem with this dealer, it is, indeed, your problem. More

Just bought our 3rd vehicle from Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke Ma.We bought a 2018 Tucson and traded in our 2016 Hyundai Elantra.We were just going there to look at the Xmas trees in the showroom.Salesper Holyoke Ma.We bought a 2018 Tucson and traded in our 2016 Hyundai Elantra.We were just going there to look at the Xmas trees in the showroom.Salesperson Maria Lepage helped us with the trees and then asked us if there was anything else she could help with.We looked at the cars before walking in and the Tuscon caught our eye. She gave us the keys to test drive it and were sold on it.They gave us a very fair trade in for it.The whole time working with Maria it was like catching up with an old friend.very relaxed and comfortable.Jason Cisek did our financing for us.We had worked with Jason before as a salesperson and a financer.He had all our paperwork ready very quickly and we drove off with the car fully detailed and inspected in about 5 hours.It was a great experience.Maria Lepage followed up with us twice after just to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and if we needed anything or had questions.We appreciated that.
