John (my personal car sales person )came right to me and assisted me in purchacing a Kia soul that I absolutly fell in love with. I have to say John made the whole process look easy, well it was for me... but for him.... he did alot of leg work. I can not believe how fast and efficient he was through it all. Thank you John. This is the second car that I have purchased from Gary Rome Hyundai and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! My mother-in-law bought a new Sonata here in 2002 and then my best friend bought an XG350 in 2004. I bought my new ElantraGT in 2003 and four of my friends and three of my neighbors have bought various Hyundai models because of me. Last month, my best friend bought a 2011 Elantra because her XG350 had been totalled and yesterday, I bought my new 2011 Elantra Limited! I am giving my 2003 Elantra(which has 147,000 miles on it and looks like new) to my daughter. This dealership goes out of its way to satisfy their customers from purchase to excellent service! John Linnehan is an excellent salesperson and Cliff is a top-notch Sales Manager. I can't say enough about the warm, friendly atmosphere of Gary Rome Hyundai and everyone I know agrees. Now, my 86-year mother-in-law wants to buy a 2011 Sonata! More

In the past I'd only bought new cars, but was tempted this time after discovering the sizable discounts on CPO cars over new ones. With CPO cars, you still get the balance of the generous Hyundai manufacturer's warranty, providing peace of mind. As a rookie used car shopper, I admit that I was a little stressed out going in. But Jason quickly reduced my anxiety and made this process easy for me. In fact, his friendly, professional, non confrontational approach made the process rather fun! They had the exact car I was looking for. They took care of all the little details to get it ready (registration, state inspection,...), and I picked it up a few days later. There were no unpleasant surprises in the entire process. To summarize, I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely return the next time I'm in the market for a family sedan! More

I then went to 4 other Hyundai dealerships in the area to get some pricing on the new Sonata Turbo. My last stop was Gary Rome and after talking pricing and options, not only did I find out I was lied to by the other dealers, but they had the most competetive price. So I made my decision and every step of the way they personally helped with insurance, registration, loans etc. I was greeted by Gary and he assured me they will help me 110% and he went out of his way to make sure my service was above and beyond. My experience at Gary Rome Hyundai was great! I previously went to Balise Mazda in West Springfield and had an horrible experience. I have no credit but John was very honest and did not lead me on. He told me waht car was best for me and really tried to get my loan approeved. It took about a week but they tried everything to get the loan approved. I ended up purchasing a new 2011 Elantra and couldn't be happier.Everyone I met at Gary Rome was very nice and helpful. I would recommend Gary Rome Hyundai to anyone. When I'm ready to trade in I will go to Gary Rome. :) More

Bought a Santa Fe for myself a year ago & I just bought a Kia Soul for my daughter. Both buying experiences were very different because when I bought mine I went in with lots of info at hand. For my daughters choice it was more of a she saw and liked it. The salesman was helpful in answering questions about the vehicle and we felt comfortable about the purchase for her. Financing was easy and the deal was done in about 24 hours and my daughter has reliable transportation that I am comfortable with her driving. Overall my experiences with Gary Rome have been great and I often recommend them to friends & family when they are looking for vehicles. Not that shopping for a car is ever a great experience I have to say that Gary Rome is working hard to change that rule. More
