Mike defies the greasy supplicant with questionable integrity that you find at most dealerships. He was straight forward in asking us what we were looking for. He showed us several models that were based on our needs and price rather than showboating and upselling to give him a higher commission. There was no pressure and stress. We visited another dealership and got good service but mike's down to earth attitude and the product won out overall. I leased my car in February and mike has been in intermittent contact with me ever since. I had a small issue with my cars performance due to a recall and dealt with the service manager who was outstanding. I wanted a base model, manualTucson and had done my reasearch. They listened! They didn't try to pressure me to move up in cars or get added features. In the end, we ended up with a higher model vehicle than we planned, but it was completely our choice after a test drive and hearing about the incentives. It was a great deal! And, when I needed to come back in on a Sunday to sign paperwork with my husband... they didn't try to rush us. Truly a great buying experience. Not what I anticipated at all. We have bought four Saturns in the past many years because we liked that type of experience. We were so sad when Saturn closed... but Gary Rome felt just like that.
