I just bought a new Focus from Gary Crossley a few weeks ago. Jim Stallings took interest in what I was looking for and knew exactly where to look. We picked out a beautiful blue Focus. I got a great value on my trade-in Focus. Once I signed the papers, Frankie came out and helped me with my sync. She is very knowledgeable about the phone system in my car and walked me through all of it. A few days later, she followed up with me to make sure I was still getting it and didn't have any questions. I have called her, too with questions that have come up and if she doesn't know the answer, she finds it very quickly and gets back with me as soon as she finds it out. Great dealership, great people, definitely coming back! More

Frankie Petty was my sync instructor,and a really good one. Very clear and precise. After a couple of weeks,Sync services could not find my location anywhere. I talked to Frankie on the phone and she walk one. Very clear and precise. After a couple of weeks,Sync services could not find my location anywhere. I talked to Frankie on the phone and she walked me through a master reset on Sync system and then reset my i phone all one step at a time. A complicated system became a cake walk. Well done. More
Frankie was the Sync trainer. She did a great job training us on our new 2012 Escape Sync. We had trouble with the 911 and services on Sync connecting, Frankie had the idea of disconnecting the batte training us on our new 2012 Escape Sync. We had trouble with the 911 and services on Sync connecting, Frankie had the idea of disconnecting the battery to reset the Sync. It worked get and everyting in the Sync was ready to go. Mark Ray was the service tech who took the the extra time to disconnect the battery, (it was lunch time) he was a great help. Mike Murphy was our sales man and helped us all along the way to insure we had a very good experiance. More
Even though I had an appt. with a salesman to test drive a car, we waited at the dealership for at least 30 minutes while being totally ignored. After going to the counter to inquire as to what was taking a car, we waited at the dealership for at least 30 minutes while being totally ignored. After going to the counter to inquire as to what was taking so long, our salesman came out and apologized and said he was tied up with another customer and someone else would be taking care of us. (Which was fine, except we should have been informed of that 30 minutes earlier). The salesman was friendly enough, but spent most of his time trying to talk me into buying a car, when the only thing I was interested in was leasing a car. When I asked about prices, he found his manager to come and talk to us. The manager, further, spent all of his time trying to talk me into buying the vehicle, rather than answering any of my questions about leasing. No one ever did give me any price quotes, but ended the evening by saying I would be receiving them in an email in a day or two. I never did. Also, I was told my car had to be "built", which was simply not true, and not once, was an offer made to try and find the exact car I wanted at another dealership. Most of my questions were left unanswered. I felt like it was a high pressure sales job and that no one there really cared if they made a sale or not or if I became a customer there or not. It was a totally very bad experience and I will never recommend anyone ever go there. More
When I first arrived at the dealership, I was connected with the salesman that I had set up an appointment with to look at a particular vehicle. He pulled the car up to the main entrance and immediately got me into the car for a test drive. He knew a quick route that I could take while test driving that tested all the major driving points of the vehicle. Before I decided to buy the vehicle, the salesman gave me some time alone to inspect the vehicle without looking over my shoulder. When I decided to buy the vehicle, he made the car buying process very hassle free and quick. I was in and out with my vechicle within an hours time. The salesman that I worked with was very personable and very professional. More

I came into Gray Crossley after having the worst two weeks. I totaled my car and working two jobs I needed to find a reliable vehicle with a good price. I looked at multiple car lots and many salesmen tried to push me into vehicles that I did not like, but that they told me I should. I also am a recent college grad and my credit score is a little less than perfect, many places turned me down without a co-signer, and with no other options I did not know where to turn. So I did more research and called Gary Crossley, James Humphrey called me quickly after my inquiry and set up an appointment. He listened to me when I told him exactly what I needed and what I was looking for! He showed me many cars with various options and listened to what I liked and did not like. The finance department worked really hard on getting me an awesome loan with an even better interest rate which was something that I did not think that I would ever be able to get on my own. I left in the perfect vehicle for me, a 2012 white focus, it is gorgeous and worth all the time in effort that I put into looking! The sales team especially James is absolutely amazing and helpful, everywhere you went in the building there was always someone to help you! I would recommend them to anyone! More
