Wonderful Experience in Buying a Used Car I had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Gary Crossley Ford. I had test drove used cars at other dealerships and it was a painful/frustrating I had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Gary Crossley Ford. I had test drove used cars at other dealerships and it was a painful/frustrating experience. This was not the case at Gary Crossley Ford. I found a couple options on their website, submitted a request to test drive, and Tim Parnacott got back to me quickly to schedule a test drive. He was easy to work with and was very low pressure, but still attentive to my needs and questions. I chose a great used car, and the finance guy, Lee Hockensmith, was also low pressure (a new for me) and was completely fine that I was financing through my credit union. I couldn't recommend Crossley Ford and Tim especially. More

Excellent experience, dealer Baron Washington setting out to buy a car can be overwhelming. Pulling onto a car lot can sometimes feel like your the rabbit and you just walked into a den of wolves. setting out to buy a car can be overwhelming. My dealer was Baron Washington and he smiles politely and just said hello, giving us time to look around. I had already chosen a car to see about from online and had my car cleaned up and ready to trade. I liked the relaxed confidence I saw in him so Instead of waiting for him to ask if he could help I asked if he’d like to see about maybe selling us a car today. Ends up my instinct was right. He was polite, helpful and no pressure. Of course we did buy from him and I would again. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
