Zackary Oldham in service has done everything possible to get the repair to my brand new F-150 covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Him and everyone at Gary Crossley Ford are great, just wish Ford get the repair to my brand new F-150 covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Bryce went above and beyond by bringing out another similar vehi He was super professional, easy to work with, and very relaxed and non-pressuring. Bryce went above and beyond by bringing out another similar vehicle (2025 Ford Maverick) that had fewer miles and more add-on’s. I liked it so much, I ended up purchasing the truck.
