The salesman and manager were good to deal with. No hardball selling with lots of talk about signing the deal now, and they were open to my side of the equation in making the purchase. I have really b hardball selling with lots of talk about signing the deal now, and they were open to my side of the equation in making the purchase. I have really been pleased with the service dept. I have found them to be exceptional and very accommodating to my schedule and concerns. The work is done on time and done right the first time. They LISTEN to what I had to say and gave me updates on the work as i waited. I like the relaxed, open, friendly atmosphere of the place. I do highly recommend this VW dealership. More
