I bought my last two vehicles from Mr. Tom Belden. My experience has been nothing but positive with him as he has always negotiated with me on an agreeable price and puts minimal pressure on me as a buye experience has been nothing but positive with him as he has always negotiated with me on an agreeable price and puts minimal pressure on me as a buyer. The dealership is excellent in regards to quality of service. The only area I feel they need significant improvement is having more service techs on Saturday. I was specifically told by one of their service representatvies that he only has one mechanic and one person who does inspections on the weekends. He further stated that they are very limited in how much work they can actually do because of this. They also need to extend their service hours on Saturday as well. Currently the service area closes at 11 am on Saturday and isn't open at all on Sundays. To me this seems absurd as many people need service done on the weekends including myself. None the less, with that aside, I would reccomend them as they do stand behind what they sell and are quite friendly. They are the best dealership I personally have ever dealt with and I have delt with a significant number. If the trend continues in regards to fixing and standing behind what they sell as it has in the past I will most certainly stick with this dealer and Mr. Belden. I would and do recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues. More

I went to this dealership wanting to purchase a new vechile. I had clear expectations, knowing the trade-in value on my vechile, my price points and pre-approved financing arranged with my financial or vechile. I spent nearly 2 weeks trying to make arrangements with Scott and Russ to discuss obtaining a VW Stationwagon as they did not have one on the lot. Scott stated that he could easily find me one. I spent mulitiple phone calls discussing this with him, many times to be told that he had to handle the customer in front of him (live 2hrs from the dealer, no VW dealer closer to me)and would state he would return the call when finished with customer in front of him, only for me to have to call hours later. He would then say let me see what I can find out and I will call you in a half hour, only to not have a return call. I did go to the dealership only to be asked to return another day. I was told then by Russ that getting the car I desired was going to be difficult for them. He asked me to just call Scott back the next day, of which I did and countinued to get the run around. Thankfully, I have wonderful friends who recommended I go to Garvey North and take a look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. Garvey Volkswagen could take lessons in customer service from Garvey North. There was no comparison! More

The salesman and manager were good to deal with. No hardball selling with lots of talk about signing the deal now, and they were open to my side of the equation in making the purchase. I have found them to be exceptional and very accommodating to my schedule and concerns. The work is done on time and done right the first time. They LISTEN to what I had to say and gave me updates on the work as i waited. I like the relaxed, open, friendly atmosphere of the place. I do highly recommend this VW dealership. More
