First time leasing a car from Garvey , for everyone out there looking to buy or lease from them BEWARE! Here is my experience I went and got a Nissan leaf for my first time ever leasing a vehicle. Went I w there looking to buy or lease from them BEWARE! Here is my experience I went and got a Nissan leaf for my first time ever leasing a vehicle. Went I went and did paperwork they were so helpful and seemed so nice so I was very happy, I was told the charger is free to use however just about everytime I went there for a charge it was out of order so I needed to pay to charge it was about 18$ every other day with the model I had . Tried calling several times and all I ever got was we don’t know when we are going to have it fixed , that was my fist disappointment with Garvey, second when I went to return my car I was trying to be nice so I washed it cleaned it out and wanted to charge but again out of order! I said it is what it is . Now the big thing that really disappointed me was this, I went to return my car went in and talked with Amelia she was ok to deal with and I let her know I might want to get into another lease or trade my truck in and she showed me a few I was really interested in a 2024 frontier got the numbers and told her I want to run it by the wife and I would swing in at 4 pm on Monday , i was at her desk and said am I all set with dropping my car off I had to sign a few papers and she informed me you are all set Craig everything is done . I thought wow what an amazing experience and told my wife how satisfied I was with Garvey ! However about 10am Monday am keep in mind I was going back at 4 to talk with them about getting in a new car or truck, I get a message saying just to let you know there is a disposition fee of 395$ if you don’t get into another vehicle, I was shocked and said why did t you tell me that sat when I dropped my car off she said sorry about the miscommunication. So I was planning on coming in at 4 and she sends me a message at 10am telling me if I don’t get another vehicle I need to pay the 395$ what a way to ruin a completely happy customer. If she would have let me know this on sat I gladly would have paid but the text I got was nothing more than a threat for me to get another vehicle! I was really hoping to get another vehicle trough them as I was so happy expect for the charging issue . So I will get a hold of somebody higher up and explain my situation and see if they could refund me for all the money I spent on charging this car when I was told it was free charging at there dealership 24/7 . Really really disappointed in Garvey at this time . People please get ready to go trough what I did if you decide to do business at Garvey! More
