So apparently the rotors are covered but not the brake pads...i feel like i buy a new vehicle so i do not have to worry about it for a while then this happens. If they cover the rotors they should cover the brake pads..Because if the rotors are defective then it effected the pads..

If being kinder to means I cheat or submit a fraudulent claim to Nissan than I’m sorry of the misunderstanding and misinformation you were given by another dealer. If it is in regards to charging a diagnostic fee for my technicians time to help find your vehicles issues, I’m sorry, we as a business charge for services that are disclosed before we get your consent to look at your daughters vehicle. We will always stand to be honest, to our customers and the manufacturer.

Garvey Nissan is an honest and transparent dealer who is respected by not only by their customers and community but the Manufacturer, furthermore, we will NOT ever cheat or submit a fraudulent claim whether its $10 or $10,000. I’m sorry you were misinformed by the GM of Crowley Nissan when he tried to get us to Goodwill a repair that Nissan (the manufacturer) deemed was NOT a warranty item due to rodent damage. It was a decision made by the manufacturer, not Garvey. In regards to the diagnostic fee, which is disclosed to everyone before we get your consent to look at your vehicle, it is not something ever overlooked, which you knew since you had the GM of Crowley Nissan call me directly to waive it, as he unprofessionally and inappropriately coached you through the entire process. In regards to your tires, we never serviced your vehicle like you said and never touched your tires, we have video and documentation to prove that your accusations here are false. In regards to survey tampering, another false accusation, as we never had your email address when we closed out the repair order, that's why a survey was not sent from Nissan. I can confirm you did call back later that day to ensure we had your email address but unfortunately your repair order was closed due to not proceeding with your service. We will always stand to be honest, by our customers and the manufacturer.

I would LOVE for Garvey to publish documents with my signature showing a disclosure of fees, you have my full consent..I know Garvey will never post because there was NEVER anything disclosed or signed. Another desperate attempt to look less fraudulent!! GM at Chrowley was shocked to learn the fee was never disclosed and called to see if Garvey would good-will some money because of the dealershps failure to disclose, not fraudulent just good customer service. Jason at Garvey agreed then executive at Garvey 'changed their mind' stating 'we are here to make money!' Garvey was never asked to engage in fraud, just asked to be respectful to customers. Once again, let me stress the point of contention was not in regards to the fee (only 100$) it was the manner in which the dealership handled the situation. Even if I failed to realize fee, which is not the case, wouldn't a blameless apology be the most appropriate response? As far as survey, glad you were at least honest about my phone call reqesting an update of my email to ensure deliverance of survey, but Nissan consumer affairs did suggest 'it was the discretion of Garvey if they [dealership] wanted to push out survey' which could be done after service ticket closed..This unfortunate event coud have been avoided had Shay been better trained on customer service tactics.,
