Went to get an inspection sticker put on my Nissan Rogue Sport...They would not inspect it the routers and brake pads had to be replaced before they would put a inspection sticker on...The vehicle only has Sport...They would not inspect it the routers and brake pads had to be replaced before they would put a inspection sticker on...The vehicle only has 10.000 miles on it,and they said we were responsible for replacing the routers and brake pads...for Christsake it only has 10.000 miles..I think I got a lemon Nissan and the vehicle is not yellow.. The worst dealer service I have ever had in my life. I brought a new Nissan rouge in for what I thought was a warranty repair for my daughter who has the lease. My daughter lives in Ct. and was unaware of brought a new Nissan rouge in for what I thought was a warranty repair for my daughter who has the lease. My daughter lives in Ct. and was unaware of the issue, check engine light, and had no knowledge of my bringing her car in. They called back and said the car would not be covered under warranty I said to park it I would pick it up later. Now they informed me the diagnosis would cost me $125. They never gave me a heads up on the non warranty bill and furthermore never received my or my daughters written or verbal permission to do anything other than warranty work. I argued the point, the paid the extortion money and left. Within 5 minutes i realized the car had been tampered with and returned to Garvey. They were very quick to offer free diagnostic in order to get my signature and repair authorization in writing in order to cover their tracks. An independent service center said the tire weights had been removed and with only 3000 miles on the car the chances for that to occur naturally were slim to none. I own and operate a successful General Store in Benson Vt. and told them word of mouth is powerful. Highly disappointed and of course unprovable. I am still spreading the word More

I was disappointed in the customer service at some of the other dealerships in the Rutland area and had to head north to find the vehicle I was looking for and customer service that even came close to Garvey. Jeremy was competent and confident in his product as well as his understanding of the Electric Vehicle market. He understood the incentives available to me and also took the time to help me better understand the charger technology and become confident in buying an EV as a one car household- I really appreciated all of that as well as his time. In regard to price- they came in better than my expectations on the bottom line and were right where I expected with my trade value. More
Be prepared to ask lots of questions. Garvey will not disclose fees and respond with rudeness when they are called out on in. Another service center in complete state of shock on how both back tires would have missing weights. Was told "rare for one to fall all, almost impossible for both to fall out at same time." Coincidence, proceed with caution. I never got survey despite asking for one so high reviews are due to survey tampering, only sending to customers with good feedback. More
