Garvey is the worst. Don't buy from them!!!!!!! Garvey sold us a pre-owned vehicle. Well let me say first, the sales person called to say he got the deal done. My credit was not good so he took the person that was co-signing and contracted the loan to her. In addition, to my surprise the sales person added a $3000 after market warranty through Warranty Solutions without asking first! Leaving us with this is it take it or leave it. Also, the sales person promised a second ignition key, a speaker cover, and key to the roof rack. He said, " the keys were miss placed and he would find them, if not he would order them. Weeks went by I kept calling before I got an answer. I was told the used car manager said no. That's when I asked for Mr. Garvey. I went round and round with these guys about keys, brakes, air conditioning. The best part is the after market warranty they told us was the best ever...SUCKS! The engine had an internal failure, which will require a complete engine to repair it. The warranty companies "adjuster" said it was not covered. I called Warranty Solutions, Garvey and the Warranty solutions rep...They did nothing. The warranty companies independent adjuster was rude, refused to show his Identification and swore at me several times in front of a hand full of customers and patrons because I told him not to touch my vehicle. Reason being, the warranty company promised to send a different adjuster to give it a fresh look. They did not! They send the same arrogant, lame brain again. Moral of the Story....Do not buy from GARVEY Do not buy Warranty Solutions aftermarket warranty. I'm paying for a Car for the next 4 years with no engine I can not drive. More
Great Buying Experience with Salesman Martin Stab I have had bad experiences at car dealerships in the past, and had sworn that I would never buy from a dealer again. It wasn't that I received a flawe I have had bad experiences at car dealerships in the past, and had sworn that I would never buy from a dealer again. It wasn't that I received a flawed vehicle; just that the salesmen wasted so much of my time, refused to negotiate to a reasonable price (over the phone or in person), or said a vehicle was no longer available when it was available 30 minutes earlier when I spoke to them on the phone. I needed a replacement vehicle quickly, and was going to drive to Massachusetts to purchase, but thought I would check locally one last time to see if there were any comparable vehicles locally. Garvey had what I was looking for, but the initial price was significantly higher than the sales price posted at some other dealers. I called Garvey and reached Martin. He immediately understood that the vehicle in Massachusetts was a much better value, and after 2 to 3 conversations over the phone, we reached what I thought was a reasonable price. It was very easy dealing with Martin. I drove to Garvey within a few hours, half expecting that the agreement we had reached over the phone would not be honored. My concerns were unnecessary, as the process could not have been smoother or easier. I expressed one concern about the vehicle, and we quickly negotiated another $200 off the price. I put down a $100 deposit, and then came back the next day with a cashier's check to complete the transaction. No surprises, no changes. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. All the paperwork, plates, registration, etc. were perfect and I felt that the documentation fee was quite reasonable. This was a fantastic car buying experience for me, and I would highly recommend dealing with Garvey, specifically Martin Stab. Just for the record, I waited about 2 months to write this review, just to make sure there were no issues with the used vehicle. The vehicle is great, just like the buying experience. More

I love my Santa Fe. It was my first official new car!! It was great on gas. The dealership was very accommodating and available whenever I needed them.
