Mr. D. I appreciate you taking the time submit a review for us. As far as the cleanliness of the vehicle at the time of delivery, I am very sorry that it wasn't up to par. I would love to have you schedule a time with our detailing department. We will completely re-detail your car for you again. I know that your vehicle actually came with 4 all season tires that were stashed in the cargo area, so they may have contributed to some of the need for additional cleaning. As far as the trade value went, we gave you all of Kelley Blue Book the first time around and $1000 off the price of our vehicle. The problem arose when the bank would not finance the negative equity that you had from your trade. Once it became apparent that you could not attain financing, we ate nearly every dollar of profit and added about $2000 to your trade value to get you into the car. We appreciate your business and we are very happy that we could help you get the vehicle that you wanted, but I feel the trade comment is a bit unfair. Regardless, please do give us a call because no matter the price you paid, your vehicle should have been properly detailed. You deserve that and I will happily have it done.
