I can honestly say this is the most FUN I have EVER had buying a car!!! Brian greeted me and my husband in the lot, asked us numerous questions to guage what we were looking for and to match us up with buying a car!!! Brian greeted me and my husband in the lot, asked us numerous questions to guage what we were looking for and to match us up with the PERFECT vehicle. It took Brian NO time at all to figure out that I was the one looking for the car and going to be "making the deal". While he took special care to involve my husband and keep him engaged, he focused his attention on me and what I wanted in a car (features, options, mileage, and most importantly price range). When we finally narrowed our choices down to a Sonata Limited or Sonata Limited Turbo, we all went for a couple of test drives. Brian sat in the back seat on each, but leaned in between my husband and I in the front explaining many of the features and options contained in each car, while allowing me to do my thing...test drive. As in any vehicle purchase, it came down to money. Brian knew what I was currently paying for a car payment, as he asked that early on, knowing I would be trading in my 2007 Honda Accord, and knew he would have to come in close to that to make a sale. While I FELL IN LOVE with the 2012 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo (Fully Loaded w/Every Option known to woman), I was pretty sure it was going to be out of my price range. Brian ran the numbers on both vehicles knowing he could come close on my second choice. He came back with the figures, and sure enough he was close with the second, but I REALLY wanted the Turbo w/Navigation. We bantered back and forth, went back out and looked at the cars again, and bantered a little more. Low and behold, Brian got me my DREAM CAR at the price I wanted. Long story short, Brian was WONDERFUL to deal with. He treated me with the utmost respect...he had no problem dealing with me, even though my husband was right there the whole time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. When I picked up the car, Brian spent a good deal of time with me demonstrating the many features of the vehicle and how to use them. He also indicated that if I had ANY questions at all to just call or stop in and he would be happy to help me out (and I truly believe he means it). As I drove away, I thought to myself once again that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. More

If you're like me, the car buying experience is a pretty stressful one - shopping around; researching makes, models, and prices; negotiating the final deal - ugh, sign me up for root canal! But I have to say from start to finish, Terrence proved friendly, sincere and patient. I got a very honest deal (a great deal, in fact) and am very pleased with the entire experience! I went into the dealership, after checking online. They had a 6 speed standard 2012 Sonata. I wanted to check it out.Well,I spoke with Dick and Jeff, we worked out a deal. I ended up trading within a coupl had a 6 speed standard 2012 Sonata. I wanted to check it out.Well,I spoke with Dick and Jeff, we worked out a deal. I ended up trading within a couple hours my older 2010 Sonata for the shiny new black one!! This is my 4th Hyundai from Garveys...5th Hyundai in a row. I love the new one, it's awesome! Millard C. Just got my new ride today...and already loving it! Have to say that Garvey is not your average car dealership. From the first day I pulled in the lot to take a look, to today, when I signed the papers.... to say that Garvey is not your average car dealership. From the first day I pulled in the lot to take a look, to today, when I signed the papers....I was never pressured, and I was treated like a friend. My salesperson was Terrence, who I definitely recommend to anyone like myself, who wants time to decide without feeling obligated just because I stopped in. What a great experience...very unusual in this type of work! I only wish the rating numbers could go higher, because he is truly one of a kind! I definitely recommend Garvey and if you choose to stop in, ask for Terrence! You won't be disappointed! More

I was introduced to Garvey through a friend. I purchased a 2003 Tiburon two years ago which needed service from time to time. Staff was extremely kind and courtous and really made you feel like you've known them for years. When it came time to trade, I immediately went to Garvey where I met Brad. He was extremely friendly and highly knowledgable. He gave you the impression you have been friends for life. When I was looking at the 2012 Veloster, he made sure that it suited my needs in a vehicle. He was very helpful in answering all my questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interest in. He was well mannered and I would have to rate him a 10 for salesmanship! More
