I am sorry that you feel the way you do about our store. I think that many of the things you said are unfair and untrue, but this is your perspective and I can respect your feelings. With regard to your initial purchase of a Tucson, we do not lie and tell people they are buying something they are not. If there was confusion over what you bought, that would have been on your end. The price you paid was for a front wheel drive Tucson. An all-wheel drive model would have been thousands more. However, after discussing it with you, you did not want to pay more money to buy an all wheel drive. In an attempt to make a happy customer, we gave you $600 winter tires. No other dealership would have made that effort. Recently, the flyer you received offered a great deal on a new car with the potential to keep your payments the same or lower them. Unfortunately, you still owed too much on your Tucson. The bank was not willing to allow you carry the negative equity forward this time. We discussed this might be a possibility on Saturday and said that our Business Manager might have an answer by Tuesday because an exception would have to be asked for. We did speak with you Tuesday to let you know we were still working on it. On Wednesday, the exception was ultimately denied. The bank was willing to offer you a loan for $4000 less than what we needed. We then agreed to absorb $2000 of that amount, so that your cash out of pocket would only need be $2000. Again, we did the best we could to try to make a car deal and make a happy customer. I am sorry you were unable to move forward with the deal. At the end of the day, we did the very best that we could to make it happen. I think part of the problem is that you had to roll $2500 negative equity when you bought your Tuscon and you haven't had enough time to buy that down. I'm sorry that we couldn't get you the car you want and I'm sorry that we were unable to satisfy you. I wish you all the best of luck should you decide to purchase elsewhere.
